Parking

Access to parking can be found at the rear of the building, entering off Partridge street.

Dress Attire

Our practitioners work with a hands-on & active approach to assessment and treatment, so for the most comfort during your session – we encourage our clients to come along in their activewear or clothing that allows for ease of movement.

Reminders

A Reminder text & email will be sent one day prior to your appointment, to ensure the date, time & practitioner are all set to go for your appointment with us.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for MASSAGE are available to purchase, please feel welcome to contact our staff who can help you organise the best gift ever!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or alter your appointment with us, we greatly appreciate a timely ‘heads-up’.

Massage appointments – Late cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or ‘no shows’ will incur a 50% fee.

Physio, Chiropractic & Podiatry – Repeated ‘no shows’ will also incur a 50% fee.

Our cancellation policy is in place to protect & respect the time of both our practitioners, and other valued members of our Bayside community who may be waiting on our cancellation list for upcoming appointments

First Appointment Experience

If you are new to our clinic, ‘Welcome’ – we are so happy to meet you! We’d appreciate it if you arrived 10 mins prior to your appointment, so that we can grab some details from you, ready to go for your practitioner. You’ll be greeted by our awesome Reception staff and can begin to feel right at home.

The duration of your appointment time may vary depending on what you’re working towards with your Practitioner, they will advise you at each appointment which is best for you and your treatment goals.

At Bayside we pride ourselves on our community-based and passionate vibe – but we also welcome any comments or feedback so that we can continuously put YOU at the heart of what we do.
