Strong Foundations is a group class designed for anyone looking to improve movement quality, performance, and long-term resilience. Sessions focus on developing proper movement patterns, strength fundamentals, and control, bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance.

This class is ideal for beginners all the way through to experienced gym-goers and athletes, with an individualised approach to meet your unique needs. Build confidence, move better, and train smarter.

Knee-Hab
With Exercise Physiologist Shae Partington
A supportive group environment designed for clients recovering from knee injuries or surgeries such as ACL reconstruction, meniscal tears, or knee replacements. Each program is individualised to your stage of rehab and personal goals, focusing on unilateral strength, stability, mobility, and functional movement. You’ll also benefit from accountability, peer support, and connection throughout the recovery process. Ideal for anyone rehabbing or wanting to prevent knee injuries.
Clinical Physiotherapy Class
With Physiotherapist Liam Wooding
A clinically supervised group rehabilitation class led by a Physiotherapist.
This class focuses on rehabilitation, strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement, with exercises individually modified and progressed within a group setting. Participants are grouped based on similar conditions or goals to ensure safe and effective programming.

Suitable for patients who have completed an initial physiotherapy assessment and are appropriate for group-based rehabilitation.
