About our Classes
Clinical Exercise Class
A clinically supervised group class designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and movement quality through individually tailored exercise. Suitable for those recovering from injury or surgery, managing chronic conditions, or looking to build a strong, resilient foundation for long-term health.
Sessions focus on functional strength, stability, and movement retraining, with all exercises modified to your level and goals. Ideal for beginners through to active individuals, including those undergoing rehabilitation (e.g. knee injuries) or seeking injury prevention.
Recommended: 2x per week for best results.
