​Emily grew up in a family of chiropractors, fostering a lifelong passion for health and body care. Introduced to yoga by her aunt, she quickly fell in love with the practice, completing her Yoga Teacher Training in Byron Bay and later returning to complete her Yin Yoga training. With several years of teaching experience, Emily brings extensive knowledge of movement and body mechanics to her classes.
Currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Emily is committed to ongoing learning, especially around enhancing human wellbeing. At Bayside, she offers a variety of yoga styles, tailoring her classes to suit individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Her goal is to make every class inclusive and beneficial for everyone.
Outside of teaching yoga and studying, Emily enjoys running, going to the gym, and getting lost in reading a good book. She also loves catching up with her family whenever she gets the chance to!
