At Bayside, our Exercise Physiologist is committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven care tailored to each individual. Through thorough assessment and evidence-based programming, we create personalised exercise plans designed to reduce pain, restore function and improve long-term health outcomes. We work closely with you to ensure your program is safe, progressive and aligned with your goals. Our Exercise Physiology service is HICAPS approved, allowing eligible private health rebates to be processed on the spot for your convenience.

Comprehensive Initial/Follow-up Exercise Physiology
Our Exercise Physiology consultations begin with a comprehensive review of your medical history, current condition and functional capacity, followed by detailed movement and strength assessments. From there, we deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise sessions focused on safe progression, technique refinement and measurable results, continually adapting your program to support your goals and long-term health.

Individualised Exercise Programs & Ongoing Support
Individualised Exercise Prescription involves the careful design of a tailored program based on your specific goals, injury history, health conditions and current capacity. Each plan is evidence-based and structured to ensure safe progression, improved strength and function, and long-term results.

VALD Testing
VALD Testing uses advanced objective measurement technology to assess strength, balance and functional performance. This data-driven approach allows us to identify imbalances, track progress and tailor your exercise program with precision to support optimal recovery and performance outcomes.

Supervised Group Classes
Our small-group classes combine strength, mobility, balance, and conditioning in a supportive, motivating environment. Classes are designed to suit a variety of fitness levels and goals, from beginners looking to improve general health to more experienced participants aiming to enhance strength, endurance, or functional performance.
Each session is supervised by a qualified Exercise Physiologist, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively. Programs are individualised within the group setting, allowing each participant to progress at their own pace while enjoying the community support, connection, and accountability that comes from training with others.

Clinical Mat Work & Reformer Pilates
Clinical Pilates is a guided, low-impact exercise approach that focuses on improving core strength, posture, flexibility and movement control. Tailored to your needs, it helps manage pain, prevent injury, and enhance overall function in a safe, results-driven way.
